Welcome to our annual Vacanza journey, which brings new adventures and unforgettable memories each year. 🤪After the resounding success of our trips to Ranakpur, our very own Vacanza 1.0, which was a hit, andUdaipur,our Vacanza2.0, which raised a bar and touched a superhit level; anticipation is running high for our third excursion, this time to the picturesque destination of Lonavala.🕺🏻

The excitement is tangible as we gather for review meetings and welcome new faces to our team. Everyone shares the same desire for our upcoming trip to be nothing short of a blockbuster experience. With high expectations, we set out to make this year’s Vacanza a perfect 10 out of 10.

Led by our dedicated organizing team —Vanisha,Arpan,Aman, andDhruv— we embarked on a journey of brainstorming and planning. 🔥🍻Our quest for a slightly different destination led us to Lonavala, where the charm of this scenic locale captured our imaginations from the moment we arrived.💃🏻

How did it all start? 🤔

In the blink of an eye, Lonavala became our chosen haven. With the sole aim of***bonding as a team,***we picked a spot close to our base, ensuring more time for fun and less time on the road. The decision was swift, driven by the excitement of making memories together.💭🫂

The lively Saleshandy family recently set out on an unforgettable escapade to Lonavala, Maharashtra, finding refuge atMastiff Grand La Villae. Tucked away near the majestic Lion’s Point, our retreat was a breath of fresh air in the heart of nature.🏞️

Why did we choose Lonavala? Well, it is pretty self-explanatory by now that we at Saleshandy look out for bonds, companies, and vibes. The place doesn’t matter; if it is Goa, Mysore, or Lonavala, spending time with your team and bonding well with everyone is what we all look out for.

Everyone was excited; it was all set, and the bags were ready to be packed for ourVacanza 3.0 at Lonavalafrom March 2, 2024, to March 4, 2024. The whole management team had multiple espresso coffees and dived into making this trip a memorable one for all of them.

Who was there? 💭

As our journey unfolded, Lonavala welcomed us with open arms, setting the stage for a remarkable gathering. With over 80% of our team comprising fresh faces, anticipation filled the air. Exploring Lonavala together became an adventure in and of itself.🫂👀

Every moment was a treasure trove of discovery, from leisurely strolls through its charming streets to exhilarating treks amidst its lush greenery. We laughed, stumbled, and cheered each other on, forging bonds that transcended geographical boundaries.

From dawn until dusk, Lonavala witnessed our laughter, tears, and triumphs. Whether our impromptu dancing by the poolside or our heartfelt conversations under the starlit sky, each moment became a cherished memory stamped in our hearts forever.

Saleshandy spread all around India, gathered at one place under one roof with people from different regions. Our sales team joined our lovely trip all the way down from the north of India, Delhi. Then, our remote employees joined us from various places at the same time, with the same enthusiasm and energy.

From sunrise to sunset, our days were filled with excitement and joy. We splashed in the pool, played water rugby, and enjoyed carefree dives.🏊🏻‍♂️💃🏻

Dodgeball matches under the open sky sparked friendly competition, while impromptu dance-offs during our Gala Night added rhythm to our hearts; it felt like a home away from home.🕺🏻💃🏻🪩

And let’s not forget our thrilling trip to Duke’s Nose, where we soaked in the beauty of nature and strengthened our bonds amidst breathtaking views.

• **Jungle the Dhaba Party:**We kicked off the fun with a wild bash at Jungle the Dhaba, where we danced under the stars and indulged in delicious desi treats till the wee hours.
• **After-Party Shenanigans:**The party migrated to our rooms as the night progressed, where impromptu jam sessions followed. With music blaring and laughter echoing through the halls, we created memories that would last a lifetime.
• **Never Have I Ever:**Our icebreaker game, “Never Have I Ever,” became hilarious as secrets were spilled and laughter filled the room. From embarrassing stories to unexpected revelations, we bonded over shared experiences and newfound camaraderie.

Looking back at our retreat, we realized that the real essence of our journey was in the connections we formed and the memories we made. Lonavala taught us the importance of planning, teamwork, and, most importantly, the joy of being together.

As we say goodbye to our retreat, we carry memories and a stronger sense of unity and determination to face challenges as a united team.
