Yashal started off his career with a Customer Support Team at an American E-commerce company. Coming from an engineering background, Yashal didn’t have much experience in sales but thought of trying it out. As his professional life progressed Yashal realized he had a flair for this industry and most importantly he genuinely enjoyed helping people and adding value to their lives.

“I thoroughly enjoyed communicating with the user and adding value to their day-to-day life by helping them choose the right products.” he recounts back to his professional journey.

After spending a year working in the IT industry, Yashal soon realized his two passions were helping people succeed and Information and Technology (IT). He sought to find a job that combined his highest two passions.

In 2019, Yashal joined Saleshandy as a Sales & Success Executive. He recalls feeling nervous as it was his first time working in a startup setup but found that after interacting with the CEOs, he fit right in. At the time, he was a part of a small Sales and Success Team which has since grown into a larger team.

Yashal has been a huge part of the success that has led the Sales and Success Team of Saleshandy to soar to new heights. One milestone moment for Yashal was during his 4th month at Saleshandy, when he achieved the highest number of sales for the month. “It was a milestone moment for me not because of the numbers I achieved, but because I was able to live up to the standards I had set for myself in the initial months of my employment at Saleshandy.”, he recounts.

In 2020, Yashal’s hard work and dedication led him to be promoted to Customer Success Manager. This opportunity opened up new doors for his personal and professional development. Because of this, today Yashal is leading a strong and successful Customer Success Team for Saleshandy.

Yashal’s continued success is connected intrinsically to his passion for the industry and his ability to connect with customers. Early on in his career, he understood that the future is about making the customer “successful”. “If you can help them succeed, selling becomes easier, more fun, and fulfilling.”, he says. His understanding of this ignited a fire in him and has helped him become the individual he is today.

He is proud to have contributed to the growth of Saleshandy. He has watched the organization grow into a multi-faceted functioning company in the last 3 years.

Today, Yashal is leading the Customer Success Team of Saleshandy. His passion shines through his efforts put into ensuring his teams treat customers as their highest priority. His solution-oriented approach and leadership skills have aided immensely in the success of his team and Saleshandy and will continue to do as Yashal is a lifelong learner with a curious mind
