This has beenjanki cholera’s motto throughout her life. With an ever-growing attitude to constantly learn, Janki has reached many of her goals and continues to do so.

Janki started her journey with Saleshandy in 2019 as a Customer Support Executive. “I had no idea what the next two years would be like”, Janki recalls as reflects on her journey.

Shortly after joining, she realized that Saleshandy is an organization that has a rich work culture and is always pushing you to evolve to be the best version of yourself. As Janki’s journey progressed with Saleshandy, she was constantly recognized for her efforts “at Saleshandy, efforts don’t go unnoticed” she recounts. Under the mentorship of Ravi Kewat, she realized there were no limits to her creativity and learning. “There is a constant encouragement to learn and grow at Saleshandy”, Janki says.

In March 2021, Janki was entrusted with a mentorship opportunity for all the juniors in the team; despite it being a tough task for she believes because of the support from her team members she was able to actualize her leadership skills. As someone who prioritizes professional and personal growth, she was able to create a clear career roadmap for herself with the support of Saleshandy.

After two years at Saleshandy, Janki was promoted to Customer Support Manager in January 2022. Her transition was a smooth one as she had the constant support from her manager and team members. Despite the challenges along the way, Janki believes the very core values of Saleshandy such as ‘integrity’ and ‘empathy’ helped her maximize her efforts.

Janki is extremely grateful to the management, her mentor, and her team members for pushing her to where she is today. She continues to evolve as an individual and advises the younger generation to undertake the “Right Approach” as she calls it when it comes to their career path. Choosing a field that interests you, having the right mentor with you, having the right approach coupled with a hunger for learning, Janki believes this is the recipe for success.

Looking back on her journey, she has seen a visible difference in who she was when she first joined to now. Her evolution as an individual continues, “I wish to keep learning” she says. Janki’s story tells us how the right environment can do wonders for your career development. Her everlasting desire to learn and expand her knowledge will continue to bring her more success in the future.
